As much as I hate the off season, I do love it that FSC plays old games during the time. I hope they show the 83 Cup Final Replay again. Brilliant game.

This was the 1st Man Utd game that I remember from my childhood.
I remembered the score but was foggy on the details. great game!

good to see Buchan, Macari, Greenhoff x2, Stepney, etc. Coppell was quiet enough that day. Keegan was a terror.

one thing I noticed was that all of these guys on both sides were from the British Isles. what a difference from today's teams.
no fannying about about either. plenty of tackles but not once did I see a dive or a roll.

that Liverpool team was good too. course we broke their treble dreams that day. the Utd fans were in great voice too.

For the younger fans out there: I'd encourage you to watch it as it was top quality football - end to end stuff.
