'Now let me take a trip down memory lane...'

Some videos were posted in the Welbeck thread earlier out of the Play Like Champions DVD. Just thought the DVD deserved it's own thread, looking at these videos I think Larnell Cole, Jesse Lingard, Danny Welbeck and Tom Cleverley are in them.

Can we get a gif of Larnell doing that trick over Scholesy at 0:09s, no wonder he rates him so highly.

Tom @ 7:48

Larnell and Welbz at 15:30.

Fella with the ball at 19:54 looks like Cleverley and he's called Tom by Rene. Not 100% sure it's him though as Rene calls up him at 27:23 to do a dribbling drill because he's left footed like Giggsy. Maybe Cleverley was left footed.

Keano teaching Welbz how to hold the ball up @ 22:30

At 34:14 SAF speaks, I think it was the kid who I think is Cleverley who says he's seen the pic.

Lingard on the far left @ 40:43?

Larnell at 45:58.

Awesome picture at 53:08

16:49, Jesse Lingard?

Amos at 29:39 or am I reaching?

Ruud teaching Welbeck and Larnell a thing or two from 34:00-35:30

Rio giving Tom advice at 50:30, after that 10 year-old Larnell impresses Rio.

Yeah I was bored, amazing stuff though really.

Anyway this isn't about thread titles and rappers who Boss has influenced, it's about how awesome it is to see Academy players coming through.

I actually had that Play like Champions on video. I bought it from the megastore the first ever time I went to OT when I was about 10. That was before I became a top red.

I think we will really reap the rewards of bringing Rene in as a skills developement coach, that's some good stuff to be teaching 10 year-olds. As you can see there is very little focus on the physical side of things and lots of focus on touch, how to manipulate space and technique.

Twitter reckons Frazier Campbell, Michael Potts and Jimmy Derbyshire are also in those videos.

Potts is. He has a funny hairstyle and Fergie tells him to get it cut.
So is Antonio Bryan
Dont remember seeing Fraizer or Derbyshire.
