Park, Park...
Anyone else think he had a good game today? Granted it was agianst fulham but still since he got back from injury he has played very well every chance he's got in the team. Eagerness to run at players, get in the box and chase back in the rare occasion he was needed to.
Big shout out to NANI!!! as well (we seriously need to get that chant going...you know the one from the glentoran game...funny as), making a name for himself and not just being compared to ronaldo...think he's settled alot quicker than ronnie did when he first arived, quick feet and great delivery into the box! too bad he's been plagued with injuries :\
He could be our Hleb... His style reminds me of his. Not quite as explosive and a bit weaker, but the lad still makes a solid challenge, and is two-footed. It's anybody's guess which way he'll take it past you. Puts the defenders off their feet, is good to watch ![]() And him scoring on the head is always fun

I like Park because he puts a lot of effort into matches where perhaps the likes of Ronaldo or Giggs might be tempted to take it easy. I feel he is well suited to away matches against some of the teams facing a battle against relegation. He'll make a lot of runs off the ball and get involved in counter-attacks.

He does manage to get the odd goal, but as much as I love Park I couldn't help noticing that Nani was more of a threat. I wish Park would run at players more. In any case Park will remain a useful squad player for us for many more years IMO.

I think parks greatest improvement since joining united has been his vision and awareness of the players around him.
He too often had the ball nicked off his toe when he arrived at united. Now he looks like a very solid squad player. |

He's a fairly good squad player....if the 18 yard box wasn't Kryptonite to him, he'd be a much better player. But at the minute, I'm not comfortable with him playing in the "big" games. But he's perfect for the likes of Fulham.

He's an excellent squad winger..... intelligent and energetic player....
I agree on Nani too, he's really starting to look the real deal. He's gonna be a big player for us next year and a great long term replacement for Giggs... |

I think he's more the kind of players who needs to play a bit more. If he recovers his PSV level, he'll be terrific. I'm sure he'll give us far more than what we see right now, or even last year. And I hope to see him in Champions League. It's in these tight games that we need him, to push the team forward. Hope he finds his finishing of PSV too

He was undoubtedly great for PSV during that champs league run, but I think he would need a consistent run of games to get back to that form and unfortunately he is not first choice on the richt or left flanks. A good player to have in your squad nonetheless...thats the difference with our team this year, being able to bring the likes of rooney, anderson and ronaldo off the bench is a luxury not many teams have and hopefully it should come in handy during the title run in

If Park was just a little stronger, I think he'd have a shout at regular first team action.
The problem is that despite him making great runs, taking players on being an important person in our attack, he is often very easily knocked off the ball. Still, Park to reunite North and South Korea, and become their president! |

The bottom line is that when he has played for us he has helped create goals and scored the odd goal as well. He may not have the composure in front of goal you'd like, but he gets into dangerous positions and troubles defenses. And he's capable of some scrappy defending as well.
I know my Korean friends complain that he isn't going to secure a regular starting spot, but I think being a contributor in a team with as much quality as United has means you are among the cream of football players in the world. Koreans should be proud of Park Ji Sung. He's certainly been a class above when he's played for his country. In our squad players can look ordinary who have shone on the international level, in the Dutch league and in the Champions League. With United Park has and will collect silverware which no Asian player before him has collected in their career. |

Did he complete a pass today? Is he a defensive winger? Because I don't think he contributed anything to our attack. Seems like a nice guy, but had Nani given that kind of performance he would have been slaughtered on here.
