Up until a couple of years ago, a guy my old man knows hadn't missed a game home or away, including pre-season tours etc, for about 20 years. Had to miss a game in Turkey I think because his passport was at the Russian embassy waiting for a visa. What a shite way to end such a run!

Hats off to these people though, serious committment - and must have saintly partners!!

I talk to him at the reserves games occasionally, really nice bloke in addition to being ridiculously committed to all things United.

Didn't the club invite him along with a few others for the pre season tour?

Much respect for him. There's another United fan I believe that use to fly from Adelaide in Australia, to England every week to watch United on the weekend.
