To be fair, this is a good way of finding who our most oft outstanding player is, rather than recognising consistant solid performances. And playing for United, is less likely a defender is going to stand out than an attacker

Good work Green Demon, as always

Suprised to see Ronaldo so far down in 5th, the guy is arguably better than last season.

Great effort GD !! Can you help explain why a player would have a half point as in the case of Rooney and Vidic? I am not sure I get that...

The half point was when they both got the same tally after one match and came joint third. See the Everton match above.

it's really surprising that no United player has won the Barclay's Player of the Month so far, especially Ronaldo when he's top scorer in the league with 19 goals while the second top scorer is Adebayor with 16!

I didn't know that and I agree it's amazing. Maybe it shows that all our players are playing as a team?

This is really interesting to read. I respect the results because I think this kind of at-the-moment opinion polling is really valid.

But most people would say that Ronaldo is the player of the season so far for Utd, if not the whole league. Why do y'all think he hasn't featured prominently in the motm voting so far?
