I can't remember him creating very much after his first few games...and one of those corresponded with quite possibly the worst opposition fullback display of all time.

He might play the "right pass", but a lot of the time it's as a result of him not being ableto beat his man, or getting a yard but then not being comfortable enough on his left side to use it.

My main criticism is that I don't understand why he's a left sided winger. He's no more comfortable or beneficial there than any other right sided winger would be. He holds up attacks to shift the ball back onto his right or dallies for too long when he gets in behind.

I wish he'd cut out the extra touch. He seems to beat his man, and for some reason needs to beat him again. It's not always wanting to cross with the right foot either. Something similar to what Ronaldo did when he first came to the club.

I don't get how Rooney merited MOTM in that match.
