That MP lost his mind. Rooney a bad example? So wearing at a ref will make kid disregard authority? Like some kid will be saying "fuck you pa/ma" at age 5 and hope to stay alive.....

We need to find that person (or people) and lock them up.....then offer Rooney some kind of counselling
