It's not for me to crap on this particularly starchy parade. Good luck to you kingsgoals. But do you really care that much about whether the kit has a collar or not? It's like the least important, least interesting thing you could possibly think of |

THEY DON'T GIVE A FLYING FUCK. THEY DESIGN THESE THINGS VIA COMMITTEE, AND IF YOU THINK THEY COULD BE BOTHERED WITH MAKING DECISIONS WORTH TENS OF MILLIONS BASED ON AN E-PETITION THEN I WANT SOME OF THOSE PILLS YOU'VE GOT. THOSE OF US WHO BUY THE THINGS WILL BUY IT EVEN IF IT HAS A SUBLIMATED PATTERN OF THE QUEEN WITH A LIVERBIRD UP HER PUNANNI. I hope this helps. |

I'm sorry Bury, but this is just cringeworthy. Next there will be a petition and protest march to make sure that Cristiano Ronaldo gets the front cover of FIFA 2009. thx |

I'm sure that the fashion will swing back to collars eventualy, possibly in reaction to something Adidas do. These things go in phases, like whether the crest is in the middle or to one side.
The petition might get a raised eyebrow from the recipient if it were sent. For those wanting a collar on a shirt in the future, i hope maybe it will have some minor impact. That being said, i wear a shirt some years out of date, one of the Vodafone ones. Don't really follow these things like i once did. |

btw, i keep meaning to post this and still havent. not one for rumour mongering. however...
my mate works for bt and did a conference call about 3 weeks ago which had some of the glazers in (although this detail is sketchy as my mate isnt altogether clued up with the names of our directors) and was basically the united 'board' discussing our kits for next year - now i have no idea whether this is a new home, away, european, stoke city away, league cup kit or whatever but it's gonna be themed on a 1968 style shirt as (for some reason 1 year delayed) homage to the european cup winners of that yr... hmmm writing that now, probs means an all blue kit. anyway, there's my muppeting done for life - we shall see |
