Tevez on argentinian TV.

- Evra is my best friend.
- I think I will have to leave United because I'm not playing.
- I love the fans, and I have a lot of respect to this club.
- I want to leave the club in good terms.

Stupid guy asks Carlitos: Do you have personal problems with Ferguson and that's why aren't you playing?

Tevez: No.

- I have a lot of offers.

guy: Would you play for another club in England?
Tevez: Why not?

edit:

Sorry, his words really were more like: I'm not playing constantly, and if I don't play every match I won't go to the World Cup with Argentina.

Was something like that.

Liverpool?

It's been mooted before. He'd be among fellow Spanish speakers finally (a HUGE benefit as he cannot seem to learn English - by his own admission), there's a handful of other Argentines there, they're a big club where he's got a chance of winning silverware, they need another striker to play behind Torres so he'd get plenty of games AND he wouldn't have to unsettle his family by moving house again.

If the interview is true, then we can safely say goodbye and good luck to Tevez. He's always given it all for us, and I hope he helps us win more this season again.

Well I reckon they could play them both, but even if they don't push Gerrard back into midfield I'm sure he'd get into the first team playing on the left (instead of Rieira) or right (instead of Kuyt) of the front four. Still able to attack and essentially play as a striker, whilst indulging Benetiz's fetish of having a hard worker on the wings.

I have an awful feeling he may end up at Liverpool. If thats the case, then we could be the masters of our downfall.

Torres would relish playing with Tevez :S

I'll be gutted when he leaves, as it looks unlikely he'll be staying.

Don't think so, Tevez is the kind of player that understands the rivalry between clubs, if he leaves and goes to another english club it won't be Liverpool.

I certainly hope so, but if he wants to stay in England who else can afford the type of money they want? I mean, it was said a while back that Wenger was interested in him (to much peterstorey indignation), but would he need him now? Arshavin, Adebayor, Van Persie, Eduardo, Walcott and Bendtner is a pretty damn good attacking line up without needing to add anyone else.

Chelsea might go for him, I suppose, but I doubt he'd fit their style. I guess it really depends on who they get in as their manager next season.

Liverpool seem to be the only logical English club, and there's a lot of plus point there for him. Though he may not stay in England, of course. It just seems like he wants to. If he got the choice between Liverpool, Juventus and Sevilla, for example, I'm sure he'd pick Liverpool.

They wanted Heinze, didn't they? It'll be like that, but unlike Heinze we won't be able to stop him from ending up there.

Hope this is not true! If he leaves to Liverpool then we have some problems! Torres and Tevez up front would be lethal and would pick our defence to pieces! He now has friends here with Evra, Park and Javier so he may decide to stay in England should the offer come.

On a side note, If this is how he feels, then it would explain the poor form. I feel sorry for the guy, he hasn't been given the chances this season in the big games and it is fair to say that Fergie clearly favours Berbatov over him. I for one wouldn't hold it against the lad if he went to Liverpool or any other rival. Us not making a bid for him shows our lack of interest and loyalty to him, so as far as I'm concerned he need not have any towards us!

Think he means he is not first choice, which is fair enough, the games he gets when all 3 strikers are fit are the carling cup matches or Fa cup where he plays with the kids. He clearly isn't being played as first choice for the big games! Which demoralises you!

Calm down people, why are you thinking he will leave us for Liverpool? He won't, he's not that kind of person.

And by the way, who mentioned Liverpool? It will probably be Real Madrid anyway.

Inter love their Argentinians, he'd do well playing alongside Ibrahimovic too who has been crying out for a support striker to play alongside him.

funny how the "most complete, best centre midfielder in the world" doesn't have an established position that he always plays in for his club

People have been saying there for a while. To be honest, it would suit him, he would be playing with Javier (his friend) and he would be living close to park and Evra and would be able to visit them.

Like I said before if he left to there, then I would have no problem with it! The guy has shown us nothing but loyalty over 2 seasons and if we chose to let him go then we are throwing it back in his face!

Considering we've shown him no loyalty then I wouldn't be shocked if he did join Liverpool. We've (the club) messed the guy around, he'd be with his argie pal, not having to move house and be in a familiar country. Be playing in the Champions League and fighting for the premiership. I wouldn't be shocked if he did sign for them and we can't do a single thing about it unless we sign him ourselves.

I wouldn't be angry about it either, i'd be gutted that we didn't pull our finger out and signed him. Wouldn't blaim him in the slightest if he did go there.

Its blatantly not his decision! We agreed the loan deal and the buy out clause last year. If we now decide not to buy him or the price is too high then he has to go to another club!

I cant understand why he is saying that, he has either started or subbed for a lot of games. But i do think that Berba ispreferred by SAF than Tevez for some reason.

Having said that i would not get angry if he leaves, but gutted and disappointed we did not choose to buy him, as i cant seem to convince myself that we paid in excess of 30M for Beba and would not buy Tevez for that amount.
