Tevez, a little overated.

Or so i thought at the beginning of last season.

Now I can see why he was South American footballer of the year two seasons running and why Maradona loves him.

Exceptional footballer.

Absolutely outstanding today. Can't remember him having a better game for us.

Just love watching him and Rooney play. I hope we don't sign Berbatov and then stick one of them on the bench

Great having him back, he was excellent today. An he'll only get better. If only he had pace, though...

We'll play Rooney, Tevez, Berbatov and Ronaldo upfront at the very same time. With Nani, Giggs and Park coming from the bench. Sounds ridiculous...

It's not too shabby, he was turning and accelerating away from pompey players all the match.

He might not win a 100m races but he moves quickly in the right areas, especially now his pre season and fitness is sorted.

I have a strong feeling that this is his big season, where he will force himself into the bracket of the world's greatest strikers.

I love the little guy.

Excellent today, beginng to develop into the worldclass forward I expected to see last season. And signing Berbatov is only going to help him get better.

Will be interesting to hear what Storey has in store for us tonight - I'm guessing: "Tevez was crap, he just fannying around with the ball, makes Rooney play alone on top without any success. Useless."

I love him more than you ever will, I have his name on the back of my shirt

Sam#1 also loves him not only as a footballer, but the same way Elton John loves other men.

He also loves them more than you all do, at least that's what he tells me.

Give him and Rooney more play time, play a proper midfield with great wingers and we are back to our attacking best!

He is in good form at the moment. Fast, sharp and always committed. All he lacks is goals right now.

He's apparently better at them than Anderson.
