Yup, sounds like it.

I doubt we'll ever find out how they can justify their decision though.

Which they believe very strongly in until someone comes along and tries to hold them accountable to the law of the land that real businesses have to follow.

The bottom line on this particular decision is that they worked out they would be able to scrap the CACS for the League Cup without reducing income if they kept the prices the same as for normal PL matches.

I'm not surprised at that, it's what I've come to expect from the club. What fucks me off is them trying to make out that they were forced into this by the visiting team.

Fair fucks to Boro, and especially QPR, for not playing along with the sharade.
