I've discovered that when I got my ST and associated ACS they hadn't cancelled my ACS from my OneUnited membership (wasn't expecting to get many tickets otherwise). I discovered this because an extra debit appeared on my account - I sent an email about why this had appeared in addition to one for Roma and Coventry on the other card - worked out what it was before they replied.
They've now cancelled my OneUnited scheme ACS (which makes sense because of the Carling etc.) but it looks like I'll have a spare for Roma - don't know the details yet - anyone interested? |

Two Tickets for United V Coventry.
Tickets are North Stand Tier 2 (6 rows from the front) about level with the 18yard box - really good view of the whole pitch and both goals. Face value is £29. Will take £40 for both. Tickets can be collected from Sale (10 min drive from OT) and will have to be returned there after the game. I will ask for deposit when handing over the tickets which will be returned when the season tickets are returned. |

The man rang me up after my email & said I needed to return it for a refund - I asked if I could keep it if I liked - he said fine - he'd just cancel future ACS tickets from my One-United membership - though he offered me the option of continuing if I wanted - tempting for the CL for my mates, but impossible to shift Carling tickets etc.

Hi all. Tomorrow I will travel to York with my college class to attend the Uni there for two weeks and I've been fortunate enough to get tickets to the Roma game. But me and a couple of mates is considering to take the train down to manchester and catch the Coventry game aswell, and we were wondering if it would be realistic to believe that we can just show up at Old Trafford and buy tickets at the gate before the game, since it is the carling cup and Coventry?
Also, I'd appreciate if anyone could tell me how long a train ride from York to Manchester takes and what is the closest station to Old Trafford ? Any answers would be greatly appreciated ![]() |
