Ticketing help

Hello all,
I am going to OT for the first time tomorrow, im so excited, but a little worried about my ticketing situation.
Basically I bought tickets off Viagogo, and a week and a half ago, I recieved an email saying the tickets were on their way and would be received within 3 days.
10 days later, and nothing. So i called the ticket office, and the ticket are being arranged to be picked up at the gate before the match.
I was basically wondering how long the lines can get at the ticket office.
I Arrive in Manchester by bus at 12.40, 2hr 20min before kickoff, i have to goto my hostel and drop my stuff off and then head to OT.
I'm jsut worried I will be stuck in a massive line while waiting to pick up my ticket, also because its my first (and maybe only) time going to OT, so I would also like to soak up a bit of the atmosphere pre match.
What are people's experiences with the ticket office on matchday? How long can you be waiting in line for? Have you ever missed kick off?
any help would be appreciated.
Cheers

Viagogo? I'm surprised you have any money left!

TO is a nightmare before kick-off mate. About 30 mins before kick off the thousands of people who's swipe cards don't work flood the place. Get there as soon as you can, could be queuing a long time. Yes, a lot of people end up missing kick off.

Its behind the stretford end to the right. You cant miss it its a big glass fronted building to the side of the car park. I have had to pick up tickets before I would advise you to try and get there a couple of hours early. I have never waited longer than half an hour but I always got there in good time.

Oh and dont forget to get your refund off viagogo for the special delivery charge!

What a nightmare ! A guy buys a ticket from Melbourne Australia, Viagogo must know that he is a long distance traveler and still makes him sweat . Bastards !!
