Please feel free to put in a transfer request but we do need a bench of 7 to fill.

I don't know if Petrucci well feature in the Reserves, because there are going to be a number of good talents in the reserve ranks; Welbeck, Possebon, Macheda, Ronaldo, etc

Under-17 Brazilian internationals twins Fábio Silva and Rafael Silva will fly to Manchester next July to sigh professional with the Red Devils. Portuguese Manchester United Supporters Club has confirmed that both players will join Paul Mcguinness Under-17 team on July 9th after they complete 18 years old. Manchester United stuck a deal with Brazilian club Fluminense back in 2005, after both players impressed at Nike Cup in Hong Kong. Les Kershaw had agree for United a four years partnership with Fluminense like the ones already made with Sporting Lisbon in Portugal or Royal Antwerp in Belgium. Portuguese super star Cristiano Ronaldo made is part on the job talking with the twins to join United:

“When we were negotiating, Cristiano Ronaldo phone us saying that Manchester United were a tremendous club and a wonderful place to play football”,
Rafael reply to Brazilian newspaper. Fábio (Left Back) and Rafael (Left Right) has already visit Carrington Training Center last year where they join a training session together with Wayne Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo: “We were there to be familiar with the club and we made part of a friendly match. We play with Rooney and Ronaldo. It was a friendly game with five professionals for one side and another five amateurs for another. They were very kind with us”, Fábio replies.

things like this often are overlooked by the ronaldo slaters and bashers..to them he is just a selfish money whore who does not care about united..
i think he was the on who helped convince nani and anderson to join us too..

Indeed, and fuck-all on manutd.com, as usual.

The club is still very amateurish in many ways, and the Glazers don't seem to have brought anything to the publicity side at all.

I'll just re-post this in here, as not that many reads the reserves-forum and this is a first team match.

Rafael and Fabio travel to Posh
Young Brazilian defenders Fabio and Rafael Da Silva have been included in Sir Alex Ferguson's squad for Monday night's friendly at Peterborough.

The youngsters have been unable to play football while they awaited international clearance to represent United, but will now wear numbers 18 and 19 respectively in the Reds' 19-man travelling party.

They will be joined by fellow Brazilian Rodrigo Possebon and a host of other United youngsters, while the likes of Rio Ferdinand, Wes Brown, Carlos Tevez, Patrice Evra, John O'Shea, Darren Fletcher and Nani bring plenty of experience to the squad.

Monday night's friendly against the Posh - United's penultimate pre-season friendly before Sunday's Community Shield clash against Portsmouth - kicks-off at 19:45 BST and will be shown live on MUTV and MUTV Online.

United: Kuszczak, Zieler; O’Shea, Evra, J Evans, Ferdinand, Brown, Cathcart, F Da Silva, R Da Silva; Fletcher, Gibson, Martin, Cleverley, Possebon, Gray; Campbell, Tevez, Nani.

Fabio has the bigger reputation. Former Captain of Brazil U-17 and a very frequent goalscorer.
