United likely to get back on track with easy win over Norwich

Man Utd's 100% record came to an end last week after a tough game at Stoke, they have already beaten Liverpool at home this season and drawn with Chelsea and Spurs so it wasn't the worst result with Man Utd still favourites to win the league at 10/11, well ahead of Man City at 12/5 and Chelsea at 5/1.

There should be few problems with picking up three points this week before the international break, Man Utd play host to Norwich who are currently doing okay for a team who has just been promoted, averaging a point a match so far, but yet to face a tough test like playing at Old Trafford. The bookies clearly aren't expecting an away win with odds of 20/1 whilst the draw would still be a major shock at 15/2 currently.

As you'd expect United are a very short price to win the match, at the time of writing United can be backed at just 1/6 to pick up another three points. United will see this as a good opportunity to continue building up their strong goal difference, for many who don't want to back United at 1/6 to win the game the handicap betting on United's winning margin will make much more appeal. United can currently be backed at 4/9 to win by more than one goal, 11/10 to win by more than two goals and 5/2 to win by four goals or more. The latter two bets make the most appeal out of the winning margin bets.

In a game where plenty of goals can be expected for United the anytime goalscorer market will surely be popular, Rooney and Hernandez are the favourites at 4/7 and 4/6 respectively but there could be injury concerns over both, although if they don't play you get your money back so don't worry about losing if they remain on the sidelines. Nani looks in great goalscoring form at the moment and could be the pick of the anytime goalscorers at a generous looking 13/8, at an even bigger price it could be worth having a small bet on Anderson to score during the game at 11/2.

What are your best bets on Man Utd v Norwich? Do Man Utd still represent good value at 10/11 to win the Premiership yet again and are you willing to back United at just 1/6 to win this game? Let us know your thoughts.

I've a feeling the manager might be looking for a big improvement at the back from the shambles of Wednesday.

Really? I think our defence will have taken a right kick up the arse after midweeks awful performance. Cleansheet, 3-0. Hopefully!

When we were distinctly below our best with two poor draws?
