I don't know that he would sell to the "Red Knights" but that would be ideal. Hopefully, it would eventually become like Barcelona though I don't know how much I like the "democratic" clubs. It sounds great, but the idiocy of many fans could negatively affect the club. I don't want a president campaigning for votes with a list of players he promises to buy the way Madrid and Barca do. We really need stable leadership that doesn't shift according to results. If we did, would Fergie have made it this far? Of course not. |

Dead simple, sell the Buccaneers and pay the loans off. The Glazers are decent owners, they just don't have enough money to own to sports teams. They don't get involved in football affairs, neither do they make/take much out of their teams. They are practically invisible owners and the only bad thing about them is the debt we are carrying.
Personally I would take the Glazers over the Redknights if there was no debt involved. |

I really don't mind the Glazers per se, they keep their noses out of the things where they aren't needed, letting Fergie and Gill handle the running of the club. Far better in that regard than...well, just about every other owner that has come along over the last 7 or 8 years. The only problem, and it is a HUGE problem, is the debt that they put on us. If they paid most of the debts off and bought it down to managable levels (probably by selling their NFL team), I'd be more than happy to give them a fresh start. Oh, and fixing the ridiculous ticketing system. Not so much the general price which doesn't seem too excessive compared to other English teams, but not being able to opt out of Carling Cup games and such. |

According to this, they are worth $1.1bil.
#8 Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Forbes.com Doubt that will happen as they are quite profitable. |

Rename us to the 'Manchester Devils Soccer Franchise.'
Sell the naming rights to Old Trafford. "Coca Cola Stadium" would be perfect. We'd be such a cool club then. In all seriousness. They can't win us over, they need to fuck off, simple as that. (although signing Messi would give me a hard on) |

Interesting, so clearing the debt would go along way towards winning most of you over. Thats a no brainer but looking at the Glazer long term plan this won't happen for another 10-20 years.
Was expecting a page full of one liners ranging from 'Die!' to 'Die slowly!' to be honest... I understand the Glazers don't really liaise with the main fan groups, so who do they talk to? and if it's no one, then how is that beneficial? |
