"A make or brake situation". Ok...

"Isn't heindsight a wonderful thing?"

Seen another one today:

"Its a total eye soar"

So it's so ugly it makes your eyes fly right out of the sockets does it? Personally it just makes my eyes a bit sore, but fair enough.

I believe the linguist Steven Pinker considers it to be sarcasm, and thus correct.

And personally I get ill from all the unsuccessful attempts at writing 'its' on this forum.

Someone else may have already pointed that out but I couldn't be arsed to read the thread.

You are right.

However you are missing both and apostrophe and a space in your username, therefore you're just being a hypocrite.

Ah you see, you thought one thing...and now you've had another think.

A most satisfying conclusion to this thread.

Well by that logic you've just pointed out how the other word could make sense.

I like saying "I appreciate you as a whole" to any girls I might be flirting with, and seeing if they spot the ambiguity.

What if somebody literally has another thing coming?

As in if somebody receives a parcel and is due another one tomorrow, they could say "I've got another thing coming".

What if you imagined the parcel in the first place? What if this isn't real? What if you're all figments of my imagination? What if we're all the same people? If someone posts the Entertainment forum and no ones around, does that post get noticed? So many questions, so few answers.

What if there are thoughts in the parcel, and the thoughts are of a thing in a parcel?

My head is starting to hurt..

Don't Americans say "I could care less if so and so said that" when the correct expression is "I couldn't care less..."?

What do you mean you could care less? Are you saying that you actually might be inclined to care a bit less about the thing just said when what you actually meant was that you could not, or indeed couldn't care less?

Could you all care less?
