Blind people vs deaf people

Who'd win, in a fight to the death?

No rules. You dump a bunch of each on an island somewhere, and order them to fight it out. Whoever's alive last wins.

Obvious handicaps include;
Blind people - wouldn't know whether they're killing each other or the deaf people; may think it's night time and go to bed.
Deaf people - unable to hear instructions, and therefore wouldn't actually know what was going on.

I reckon blind people. They'd blow the deaf people away using their moon lasers, though I may have them confused with astronauts. Either way, the deaf people wouldn't see them coming

This though is negated by the fact the blind wouldn't know when to stop sneaking up until they'd bumped into the deaf.

Here's the theory - the blind people would shout out "Marco!" and the deaf people reply "Polo!" thereby giving away their whereabouts. The blind people would then lock on using their infra-red sensors (which, due to the disability, naturally develop over time in their skins cells) and swing away.

I think that's settled then.
