I've been hayfever free for at least three years now thanks to Beconase. In my experience it's not something that will give you immediate relief but if you take it twice daily (regardless of how you're feeling) then you seem to be impervious to pollen, dust and even pet dander. Long may it continue!

I thought that said Baconnaise and got excited. Yeah, I use a steroid type nasal spray called Omnaris, it's brilliant.

Have you tried Nose Drops? Like you, I've never had much joy with nasal sprays, as they do more to irritate then help. Last year I started using Flixonase Nasal Drops and boom, my nose has been unblocked ever since.
