Best young striker in La Liga..
..is without a doubt Higuain imho. He was banging them in for fun last season. Impressive again tonight against Athletico. Consistency is what he has over the likes of Benzema. It's ridiculous that he should be on the bench so much just because he's not "galactico" enough. If Real ever want one of our players, we should ask him as part of the deal. Would be a very good partner for Rooney.

The problem is that the coach can't really drop Raul. Perez also doesn't want to see his big money signing Benzema (also shirt seller) warming the bench. Higuain is better than both.

If anything rumours are that Perez doesn't want Raul in the team anymore

Aguero is a better talent, in my opinion. Higuain would probably suit the Premier League (and United) better, but Aguero is probably a more talented footballer.

They're both cracking players, though.

He was the best player/midfielder. Didn't think Alonso was at his best. Marcelo isn't good at defending. Kaka has a free role, so it was basically just him.

Higuain barely did anything apart from the goal where he did well to capitalise on the defender's mistake.

I think Aguero is the better player/talent. Higuain is a top player too, though. I wouldn't have made a thread on him after this game though, he's had better games.

It's amazing how underrated some quality players are on the caf due to not being in the english "best league in the world" premiership...

WHen people were talking about the best players from last season in a thread nobody mentioned Higuain, i gave him a mention and a few agreed and a few gave me stick. He was sensational last season and despite dropping down in the galactico pecking order has forced his way back into a starting slot for Club and now Country.

The boy's a bit good and now everyone knows it. Even the muppets who hate la liga and the such.
