Great goal? It was an open net. Goalie mistake.

Because he's a United player and it's at the Emirates? I suspect there's a fair few Arsenal fans in the crowd.

Anderson's pass created the opportunity for Pato to score.

Anderson had a couple other good passes to Pato which put Sweden under pressure.

I thought Brazil looked better once Anderson and Pato came on in the second half.

Was there at the game and everyone around was booing Anderson.. Arsenal supporters showing their class...

He had a good game though, made some nice passes, including the one that ended up in Pato scoring for the brazilians (after a cock up from the swedish goalkeeper).

The pass for Patos goal was actually poor, it was the keeper who fucked up.

I thought the pass was alright, Pato just didn't pick it up fast enough... he chased it, put the keeper under pressure and it ended up in a goal..

Mind you, I haven't seen a replay yet so I might be wrong

In all fairness Crouch got booed because people thought he was shit. But you do have a point.

Was Anderson playing as an archtypical playmaker or a proper CM?

The media are creaming themselves over Pato's goal, but from what I can tell it was an open net?

Yes it was open net. But it was from a very acute angle too. Not forgetting the fact that he took the shot with his left foot, supposedly his weaker foot. Perfect technique I would say.
