Maybe the fan who made it gave the sign for that notion but I seriously doubt Tevez knew the meaning, this after all is a man who pretty much had no interest in the club for 6 months so I seriously doubt he gives a shit what Fergie says about them or even knows what he says. He's a mercenary really and probably the biggest of the lot and should have some kind of dignity and class about himself but he doesn't. I don't think its to much that United fans will slate him for it, Alex Ferguson is a club legend and deserves more respect from an ex-player who he gave the chance to play for the biggest club in the world in some of the biggest competitions in the world.

Part of me hopes City do fuck all about it, it would just show he is bigger than them and can do what he wants there, if it was any other club I'd be surprised if nothing was done about a sign like that towards a rival manager.

I meant the "meaning" people are claiming, from Fergie's quote that City won't win the league in his lifetime, I agree Tevez knows what RIP Fergie means and I'm sure that he thought the sign meant that and not this about City winning the league.

Actually wasn't the question put to Fergie whether united would ever be "underdogs" to city and he said "not in my lifetime"
