Dangerously difficult Friday brainteaser question

Post answers or guesses here, but do not cheat by researching. That's boring.

There are 16 players who have played in the Premier League, that are the only representatitves of their country to do so.

e.g. Wanchope from Costa Rica would be right, if only Brian Ruiz hadn't played for Fulham.

- All of the 16 players have played at least one Premier League game.

- Nationality is taken from the country that capped them, or if uncapped, their country of birth.

The player's name will do, but if you can name the nationality that is also good.

Great thinking, but Lucien Aubey (Portsmouth) is the only other!

Have no idea which country, but remember a commentator once mentioning Sessengon (sp?) was the only player from his nation to grace the league.
