Did Harpal Singh ever go on to play for India?

There was an Al-Jaber (Saudi?) guy at Wolves once.

This off the top of my head based on having played CM3 more than a few hours in my day! May not count as I'm not sure they were in the PL then (probably not, I usually picked Wolves when starting at a lower league).

There was an Iranian chap (Bagheri) at Charlton, not sure he ever played in real life though.
