I used to be fairly good on the wing but not anymore
I mean you come at a time that You know all there is to know about football, so there's no sense us going down that same old road again. To beat this guy, you need speed - you don't have it. And your knees can't take the pounding, so hard running is out. And you got arthritis in your neck, and you've got calcium deposits on most of your joints, so sparring is out. So, what we'll be calling on is good ol’ fashion blunt force trauma. Horsepower. Heavy-duty, cast-iron, piledriving shots that will have to hurt so much they'll rattle his ancestors. Every time you hit him with a shot, it's gotta feel like he tried kissing the express train. Yeah! Let's start building some hurtin' bombs! |

Full back.
You can go quite far as a fullback with stamina, determination and a good tackle. At least it used to be like that. Full backs get better and better these days, and they now need a good technique, pace and a good cross as well. |

The hardest is probably also the easiest - the striker
In on sense, week after week, they can play without performing their primary function and that is scoring and they are excused. Take any other position on the pitch and I doubt that any other player would be allowed to play continuously for half-a-season without being at their best. |

Either full back or defensive midfield.
Any decent youngster would look good at Full Back, so long as they have a bit of pace, some guts, and get protection from the midfield. Defensive midfield all you have to do is run about a lot, and foul some people...preferably people no one likes, then the fans love you, even if it turns out you're not very good |
