I remember two incidents standing out. The one towards the end and one pretty much right after Carroll got on the pitch. Happy if I somehow managed to miss some in between them

Rafael is lucky the refs arent strict with foul throws tbf. He does this little skip at the same time as he throws the ball, which isnt really allowed.
