Keegan said...

"I've been working desperately hard to find a way forward with the directors, but sadly that has not proved possible,".

"It's my opinion that a manager must have the right to manage and that clubs should not impose upon any manager any player that he does not want."

He added: "It remains my fervent wish to see Newcastle United do well in the future and I feel incredibly sorry for the players, staff and most importantly the supporters.

"I have been left with no choice other than to leave."

There's something seriously rotten at that club.

I'm surprised at Ashley in all this....thought he understood the feelings up here better than that.

I can't wait for the next home game. and it will be interesting where Ashley watches the next away game from.

Not surprising. Keegan was just a ploy to keep the fans happy. Chris Houghton coached the team and Wise bought the players.

The good news is that in a couple of years you might be able to watch your adopted club play your beloved Leeds.

What a cock up.

First to hire that joker Keegan in the first place.

Then bring in the cunt Wise behind his back.
