Which may end up being a wonderful thing for United fans. Liverpool are way off the deep end now, the further they drift the more painful it will be to come back to reality.

Who know, if we weren't going to win the Cup it hardly matters where we go out, and if Liverpool don't win it either it won't have gotten them anything in the end. This win will help galvanize Kenny's popularity, he should get at least another year even if he wins nothing.

Of course for the good of football, I'd like to see him leave asap and sanity restored to the once-great club.

The FA won't do anything about him in the immediate aftermath - he's untouchable. The anti-racism hierarchy might, however have to do something soon in terms of forcing the FAs hand. His contribution towards sending football-related racism back to the 1970s has been unprecedented
