On a side note feel bit sorry for Benetiz.
Barring a freakish CL win Liverpool are at the state we were before three our four years. Two or three good players, with the rest being mediocre, they need to blow the money in the transfer market if they aspire to win a single trophy. Benetiz badly needs funds to resurrect them and Robbie Keane is not only the solution to boost their title chances albeit he is a good addition. He should've fucked off to Madrid and made the dippers rot. Yanks and the clueless Parry even went to extent of luring the jobless diver with a zero managerial record to replace Benetiz - normally many of these loonies live before 20 years and reckons World Cup as the benchmark to rate a manager or a player. If Klinnsman can be rated highly for a third place finish then Voeller should be rated even higher but Germany are shite yet they somehow scramble through in the World cups. |

Great result tonight.
Liverpool still in the CL and so no clear run on the PL. Liverpool still looking shit. American owners still in charge. Injury to key player aggravated. 120 minutes exertion for the scouse players. Fans from Devon, London and South Wales will arrive back home at about 7am. ![]() |

New delay for Reds' stadium
The club statement said: "Our commitment to building a new world-class LFC stadium is undiminished. "Like many other major development projects in the UK and overseas we are affected by global market conditions and as such work on the project will be delayed in the short term. "We will use this period productively and revisit the plans for the stadium to increase its capacity to 73,000 seats." revisit plans for a 73k stadium .. seriously . thats the positive they want the fans to take from another delay .. ![]() |
