He must be a fan, i cant believe its just by chance he ends up doing their game every week, all the other commentators seem to quite naturally do random fixtures i dont think ive heard the same guy commentate on United twice in a short space of time, The most usual commentator on our matches seems to be that robot wars dude, he does us the most i think but even thats nothing like to the scale of Motson and Chelsea.

Hes such a shit commentator these days, cant he just retire or sod off to radio?

That 'piece of commentary' is so 50 years ago.

If the future of commentary is fan zone, give me 100 years ago anyday.

Erm, I'm tired, that was supposed to say "torrent" and not "stream". So if anyone can point me in the direction of a torrent for tonight's MoTD, I'd be grateful.

Who actually listens to fanzone? in fact who actually came up with it in the first place? you're better off going to a crèche and debating the offside rule with a toddler.

The new gen of BBC commentators is pretty good, no one knows who they are and they don't have verbal tics, they just say who's got the ball.

Did anyone see MOTD2 where they showed Owen Coyle turning out for Bolton reserves last week and scoring a chip? I couldn't find anything on it...

He used to do it at Burnely too...Play himself then take himself off when he'd scored...

Fucking don if you ask me.

Motty's a West Ham fan, or so I've been told.

Should have retired many years ago.

Up until last week, I had not watched MoTD for about two years as I thin/ thought it was shit.

Due to work commitments the past two weekends, I have not found out a single result except the early Sky game and then come home and watched MoTD. Been absolutely wicked the highlights like that.

Brunt - what a fucking freekick

Shearer can't count past one.

On the subject of horror tackles, how bad is that from Cahill? There are very few tackles where you can have no doubt about intent and Cahill has done exactly what people get their knickers in a twist over. That is disgusting.
