Match Fixing

BBC Sport - Report shows match-fixing rife in Southern and Eastern Europe

If this report is to be believed , it is shocking.
I did not think match fixing was quite on this scale.

2018 World Cup hosts Russia, where that figure is as high as 43.5%.

How can this be good for Football when a World Cup host nation , Has this many matchs fixed (apparently)

Not that surprising. Any country as corrupt as Russia is bound to have a high percentage of fixed matches. Bribing the officials falls into this category too.
I'm sure Ukraine - Euro co-host - is as high.
