Mauro Zarate

This kid has been sensational for Lazio this season, just scored a cracker of a goal, taking his tally for the season to five goals. Will be a very special player in a few years, me thinks.

I called it so of course but I think it'll only take him that long because lazio ain't that good so it'll be tough over a season and the Argentinian side is too strong right now for him to get a look in but he's quality.

Impressed me a lot at Birmingham. Wouldn't have minded him under Fergie, he has great natural ability, reminds me of Messi, wich is some praise.

he's technically on loan to lazio (who have an option to buy)...though i'm not sure if there is a fixed price already in that option. he's doing brilliantly so far though, but we really don't have space in our team for him.

Him and Pandev have formed an awesome front two at Lazio. I've seen highlights of some of their games and they're impossible to stop.
