Sound like you just rubbed the mods up the wrong way. I've been banned from the Cafe before for just arguing with a Mod, no reason given, but never had any problem with RI.

There are some real idiots who post on RI, but I find that generally their posters are a bit more clued up. That said, some excellent posters on here too.

Fred Tissue is great, can't register on there though.

I registered yesterday, and they activated it straight away!

Mind you, I also had registered a couple of months back with the same email I used here, and got banned before posting anything.

I had trouble getting activated as long as I was using a hotmail email address or the same one as from here. When I tried it with a different account it worked fine.

Are you trying to register with a standard hotmail/yahoo account? If so you'll have trouble, best using your work one.
