No RvP, Fabregas, Hleb, Gilberto, Flamini and Diaby. That our three best attacking players, both of our defensive midfielders and Diaby who can play on the wing or CM. I was a bit worried about it going into the match but have got through ok. Hopefully RvP, Fabregas, Hleb and Gilberto should be back for our next game.

Dunno what happened in the manc game and whether these players missing were the main difference but you could say both teams ended up having a lot harder matches than they thought because of the number of players they had out. Still you can't moan and complain you have to get on with it, will shut a few mancs up though as according to them we can't win games without Fabregas.....

If Arsenal are clear by 3 points come to end of December. Then fair do's; I believe they will win the league. If not, then it's anybodys game.

How could it be new manager syndrome when they have no manager?

Enough talk about Arsenal. Their time is coming, I guarantee it. You dont surely think everything is gonna continue going your way the whole season?

You twit, Flamini's been immense for us so far this season. What a spactically-ignorant thing to say.

We'll see how good he is when all of your Africans go for a jolly up, and forget to fly back when they should.

Usually par for the course.

Mmmhmm.

Because loosing a CB, and a Right Back/Winger will really give Flamini a platform to show his stuff. Because there’s like heaps of logic in that?

Or am I missing something?

You had one shot on target all match and Tevez missed one good chance so I'm not sure if you deserved to win. Our goals came late but even though we hadn't created loads of chances we had been all over them and had them pinned back and for me it was a matter of time when we scored.

Flamini right now is our first choice CM with Fabregas, you are not crap if you are having a brilliant season as a CM with the team who is currently top of the league. Dong has never started a PL game for you whereas Diaby has made around 25 appearances in the last 3 years

Toure and Eboue are going, Eboue can be immense on his day but probably isn't even a first team player now and we are gonna miss Toure, no doubt about that.

Looking at the fixtures United and Arsenal have played against top 10 sides so far:

United:
Away: Pompey, City, Everton, Villa, Arsenal
Home: Chelsea, Blackburn

Arsenal
Away: Blackburn, West ham, Liverpool
Home: City, Pompey, United

We have played five of the top 10 sides away from home, including Arsenal, whereas Arsenal have played just three and still have to come to OT. Of the three top 10 teams Arsenal have played away only 1 is in the top 8, whereas United have played against 5 top 8 teams away.

The problem is not where will Arsenal drop points, because they clearly will, we just need to stop dropping points in games we shouldn't do.
