Who's better, Zinedine Zidane or Titus Bramble?

"Zinedine Zidane" - thus say I

"You can't compare the two" - thus says The Chief

Make this a poll noods, or I won't let you suck anyone's cock till Boxing Day

I've always thought Titus Bramble made a better Steptoe than Zidane.

better at what?

Bramble is better at being shite, whilst Zidane is better at bottling it during big matches; however, because Titus Bramble never figures in "big" matches it is difficult to compare them on this level.

In fairness to the Chief, Reflectorby, last year you too were claiming that you can't compare two players who play in different positions

What's happened to turn you against this amazing theory?

In fairness, Zidane has won World, Euro and Champions League Honours, not to mention various league titles from around Europe.

Titus Bramble hasn't.

From the wikipedia page on Titus Bramble:

"Despite representing England frequently at Under-21 level, he has yet to make the transition to the full team due to frequent unexplainable lapses in concentration whilst playing."

They are actually very similar it seems, Zidane had occasional lapses in judgement while playing.

I reckon Zidane would be better than Bramble at pretty much everything, including being a big black man called Titus.

Apparently, your comparison is not far off.

More from wikipedia:

"Although he blatantly has the strength, pace and passing ability to be effective, his infamous pairing with Jean-Alain Boumsong at the heart of Newcastle's defence was dubbed as 'The Chuckle Brothers live show' due to frequent errors and mishaps."

Seems he's not really supposed to be shite.

I'd like to throw my hat into the ring for Bramble.

But seeing as I'm not retarded, I won't.

Congrats, Rubberman.

And before you say 'That's ridiculous'...

He thinks we can't compare players in different positions.

He also thinks that Richardson is as talented as Giggs.
