Riley - Chelsea vs Man Utd
He was a disgrace today not only to his profession but to the respect campaign.
How on earth the FA expect respect for the levels of incompetence shown is frankly, a joke. If their referees can't do their jobs then perhaps, we should instead turn to computer technology and accept refs as a lost cause! |

Wow... you obviously didnt see them. Scholes kicked lampard in the back of his leg, late. Berbatov platently stopped chelsea's movement by grabbing a cross a player and pulling him away... both easily yellow cards.

The referee and assistant referee that gave the goal that never was in the
Reading game. That's the kind of basic error of fact that undermines people's belief in the competence of referees. Riley's performance is much more debatable. |

Scholes had a little nibble at somebody after a few earlier in the match as well, can't really say anything about that. But, the yellow given to Berba was just disgraceful. The only reason he got a yellow was the ridiculous fashion in which Ballack tumbled and fell to the ground.
