The British public help pay for the British Broadcasting Corporation.
Those ads help to pay for services offered outside the UK. The iPlayer isn't available outside of the UK is it? Or is that just downloadable content / certain shows? |

i think cos international users don't pay licence fee, so thay can be shown ads. was on news a few years back, people were worried it would jepordise their neutrality/integrity/some similar word
