BBQ Time
What is you grilling style?
I am a lump charcoal man myself. I like to get some nice maple charcoal from Quebec. It imparts a lovely flavour to the food. I have to ge t some more though, as the cat peed on last year's leftover supply. |

pinewood helps to give flavour to the charcoal, did a whole salmon there yesterday - amazing - having the leftovers as a pasta sauce this eve ... i basically survive on bbq'ed fish and salads for the summer ... and switch from wine to bottled beer ...

1 quid disposable. Burns for about 30 minutes and makes your food taste shit.
But such is the life of a poor student and/or festival goer. Cover food in generous amounts of nandos hot sauce and one would never know. |
