Exam results! Cheer me up guys.

I've got my GCSE results back I've got 3 A*, 5A and 2 B.
I'm really disappointed with them because I wanted to get 5 A* so that I could get into this college and not be put on the waiting list. I feel really dejected even though I shouldn't because many ppl would be happy if they got my results. I'm on a real downer and I can't cheer my self up.

So someone plz make me laugh

p.s. other ppl can post their exam results too, no-matter if it was a-level or gcse.

Thanks in advance.

That's pretty good mate, I didn't do any work for the whole of high school and came out with 2 A's, 6 B's and 2 C's in my GCSEs.

I just got my A-level results, which were ABC. Most of my friends would be happy with those but I had an unconditional offer of AAB for medicine and I missed it because of a horror-show in my biology exam.

So now I'm in a bit of a dilemma, because I can re-sit a few exams to push the grades up but most medical schools don't accept re-sit students and those that do require AAA!!

But life goes on! I'm still happy, I was starting to question my suitability for a medical degree anyway so maybe it's a good thing I didn't get on to the course - who knows!?

I know a girl who got 5 A at as level and then 4 A at A2 and she also does medicine but she's struggling to keep up with the course. She's very depressed because of it and is thinking of dropping out and doing dentistry. Maybe you have had a lucky escape but if you want something really badly then put in all your effort and resit your subjects. As they say NO PAIN, NO GAIN. If you do become a doctor, the rewards are endless:
you'll have respect, a well paid job but most importantly the feeling you get from helping people day in day out is priceless.

Don't worry about it. University/College is a waste of your valuable time and money.

If I could go back, I certainly wouldn't have gone, although the partying was fantastic...

Learning is for ignorants.

I wasted my time and all. I've got a brilliant record of almost getting thrown out off every education institution I've been to since leaving school.

Don't you feel a small tinge of dissapointment? Everyone and their dog told me "go to university!"
