FAO: Dr Dwayne/Pogue Mahone

I was going to complain about some foot injury I'd almost completely made up, but as it's not hurting slightly today I feel that might seem like I'm kicking up a fuss over something irrelevant and unimportant.

So, your task for this week is to find me a new bestest e-mate. Since Cantonaswife has dumped me for Frosty, and Sincher couldn't come to terms with my superior looking hair.

The way it works is that you'll submit people's usernames as potential candidates, then I'll judge their suitability, and ast them aside accordingly. Failure to find me a new e-mate will act as damning proof that you are both incapable of being competent doctors

Off you go

Only officially certified caf doctors may submit candidates. Though it is acceptable to slag off those who are put forward, or provide reasons either for or against their suitability.

Suresh is a good shout, you'd never be short of alcohol!

Or birthday cake.

Maybe this thread should be a bit more like blind date - plenty of newbies to be paired off with.

I have a question for the docs. I keep feeling light headed, with a sensation that I'm about to fall over. Yet I never do. I noticed my shoulders are really tight and try to relax them again. What are the likely most common reasons this can happen, over than AIDS? Is it something as simple as not staying hydrating enough, not enough iron, too stressed... etc?

this is proving rather difficult.

spinoza? probably too normal for the likes of you

I've got it! kouroux, he's French so you'll seem quite normal to him, they love Jerry Lewis after all, and he looks like the love child of Patrice Evra and Nani.

have you had breakfast yet? I usually feel that way when I haven't had food for too long.

could be stress as well or climactic issues considering you recently moved to a new country.

I wouldn't suspect any mineral deficiencies as you seem to eat well enough, judging from the pictures you've posted.

Sounds like low blood pressure to me. But isn't it quite common in tall people? I'd just eat something if I was you.

That I'm only now just about to eat my first meal of the day seems to incriminate me... I did have a smoothie earlier, I guess thats not good enough

So I should be having a large, healthy breakfast to start my day huh?

Yeah a smoothie doesn't cut it, all sugar and nt much else, you'll crash pretty hard after that.

Breakfast doesn't necessarily have to be big, but something more than just sugar. grains and nuts are good choices. combine that with some fruits or fruit juice and milk or yogurt and you'll be off to a great start.

that said, bacon and eggs and hash browns is great as well, but eat that too often and you'll end up with more problems than being a bit light headed.

I'm never that hungry when I wake up you see, often feel like I can't manage anything... and then sometimes the opportunity to eat again doesn't arise until lunchtime. Need to try and break that habit I guess

Cheers Doc, hopefully I'll feel fine the rest of the day now and that mystery is solved. I might register you as my official doc!

He's not too normal...the guy wants to make a squirrel gun. That's crazy even by my standards. On the other hand though, he's more clever than I am, which obviously rules him out

and perhaps too new.

spinoza's love of alcohol might preclude a positive relationship between you two anyway.

hmm...Sultan?
