FAO Traders - Who deal with Mail orders!

I am thinking of opening an Online Gift shop for the missus, we will also be selling books too, so I what I want to know is delivering these items, which company shall I use and what is the best service to use, in terms of mailing items that will be cheap so that my customers will not pay an arm and a leg for delivery charge.

Bare in mind 90% of my Customers will be UK based and the other is outside of the UK.

Thanks in advance.

Why would people buy books from you rather than Amazon for example. Lots of competition out there Wiz.

The more you send the cheaper it'll be if you get yourself a contract with either the Royal Mail or a parcel company.

To persuade your customers you are a good guy, you can of course subsidise the customers postage costs out of the discount you'll get from the publisher who you buy the books off.
