how much coffee is too much coffee?
i am really tired today and am on my 5th double espresso shot of the morning, how many more can i have before i either a) get really jittery or b) die?


p.s

i do realise that drinking coffee makes me quite gay.

I love the stuff, honestly cant start the day witout it or I get irritable and a sore head. (I think I have addiction issues)

everymorning on the way to work I drop in to the cafe for that double shot latte piece of heaven.

and it dosnt make you gay, gay is decaf coffee or lemon tea!

When your hands start shaking you know you had way too much coffee. Other than that, its almost impossible to know in advance how much is too much.

The more you drink the more dehidrated you will become, the more tired you will feel, the more coffe you will drink

Another 3 or 4 doubles and you'll reach the point when you know you've had too much. I used to drink a shed load when I got a machine at home. I think 8 or 9 doubles was my record, its a strange sensation I couldnt sit still or concentrate on anything. The voice in your head get alot louder also!

i did start to feel a little jittery after my 6th one so decided to stop as die was the only next option, i have also started drinking water now thanks to stanley just incase i start to get more tired again.

Caffeine pills and energy drinks. I know I need to just give in and sleep when together 400 mg caffeine and an energy drink don't do anything for me.
