i do a stupid amount a week. i regularly exercise 7 or 8 times a day, it tends to be all lower arm and wrist work though. you wouldn't want to get hit by my right fist i tell you.

I play sports a varying amount through the week, but I never exercise for the sake of exercise. I need to though, last couple years I've put on a bit of weight. I used to walk alot more, to work/town/college etc, but now I don't even do that. So yeah, I need to exercise, but I hate gyms and have no real motivation...

Circuit training on Monday, weights twice a week and a run at least once a week.
It's all a waste of time though because I eat like Giant Haystacks and drink like Oliver Reed, it keeps me fit-ish. |
