get yourself over to water taxi beach
bloody brilliant beer sun house music sand view of manhattan down on east 35th street near the UN Building if you are looking for something in the evenings, then the event below should be pretty good, at the Hudson Hotel which is a Phillip Starck hotel http://www.giantstep.net/events/1013 you can RSVP on that web page and get in for free, there is also an excellent roof garden at the Hudson so you can have a drink and a smoke at the same time. Needless to say I am pretty jealous, I love new york, been twice already this year and hope to go again before the end of the year. Ideally would like to move there in the end |

hey all, just thought i'd kill some time before going to a bar to watch the NFL tonight.
I went to Nevada smiths yesterday for the soccer, cracking place. if you're in NYC when the soccer is on I suggest you watch the games there. |

Yeah you might get a few dirty looks and some not so nice remarks from some Jets fans if you start cheering for the Chargers in New York. Best of luck to you and have a good time drinking.
