Was about to ask if you've seen that, thats some redemption then I guess.

You need to make sure you get a lovefilm account, or you could always do the disgusting, pathetic task of downloading your movies...I mean who in their right mind would essentially carry out such theft? I mean sure there's lots of great quality DVD rips of the likes of Godfather, Taxi Driver, Deer hunter and more...but you wont fall to such lows would you?

I will sign up to a lovefilm.com account immediatly and order some of the said films.

I would be horrified if I stumbled across some of these downloads on my way to lovefilm.com though

If you like goodfella's you need to watch the godfather's smurf, deerhunter, taxi driver and once upon a time in america are class as well. Scarface is worth a watch for the over the top craziness but isn't in the same league as the others. I'd recommend film's like donnie brasco or carlito's way ahead of scarface.

Agreed, It is seriously underrated because of the quality of the first 2, still worth a watch.

I've never seen the Godfather, though I have seen parts of Pocahontas.

Im amazed at this thread. Godfather is cinema gold as is gf2. Goodfellas isnt in the same league. Once upon a tme in america is a personal favourite of mine. Films arent made like that anymore. Whoever said serpico is spot on, Pacino is incredible in it.
