Problems accessing the Redcafe?

Morning fellow internet nerds.

Right, GG can't currently access redcafe for some reason, and I'm counting on one of you to tell me why, and how to fix it, so I can then pretend to have figured it out by myself and take all the credit.

Her computer locates the site fine, and she can connect to it, but for some reason the page never loads, just a blank screen.

We rectified the problem temporarily by installing firefox, but after about a week it started doing the same thing on that.

It's not a router or IP addressing problem I don't think, as it's connecting. It's as if something on the computer just isn't allowing the page to be displayed.

Anyone have any ideas?

I don't want to unban her, but she needs to be able to view the page to know she's been banned

It can only be some kind of infection or virus that Noodle transmitted to her...
