Sounds like the newbies has a nice community feel to it.

Am i right in thinking the only way of viewing the newbies, is to register a new account?

Is that referring to the infamous gemma thread? I signed on that morning to see a thread with 100 replies in about 10 minutes because a "girl" posted a picture. Was definitely entertaining to see some of the posts in that thread.

I remember that thread from my time in the newbies, if i remember rightly it was a photo of a quite fit girl and everyone online hammered that thread within minutes of it being created

That was definitely the one. I don't think "she" posted ever again after that thread. I think the thread might have been locked as well to keep all the newbies under control

I've been back in my house since last night, but New Orleans itself is still locked down. I live in a sububan district of New Orleans, about 10 miles from downtown New Orleans. I just got power an hour ago, so I of course promptly began posting again.

I remember that thread, but I didn't actually post in it becuase it was during my one month hiatus in Ethiopia. Very embarassing for many newbies.

She was not that fit. Decent body, but below average face. Plus she was like 15. That's within my age bracket, but not within that of many of the guys

The thread was locked probably because of the spammers, and I think Gemma was banned. For being a wum, not a girl.

Looks like I've been promoted!
Well I'm 19, born into a United family and regulary went to home games before we all got priced out and went to watch my local side Hednesford Town (a team FCUM fans will be visiting later this season).

I'm currently studying Web Development at Staffs Uni and made great use of my overdraft by going halves on a Season Ticket.
