Hola Everyone!

My name is Gummy and I've been a United fan for over 20 years and I have been to the UK. But I was very young and of course my parent's never took me to Manchester(oh! why not mum?!?!). I've played and watched football for my entire life, its the greatest sport in the world and I'm totally consumed by it!

I ran a final matchday score thread for all the clubs in europe on the newbie page and now I've started one in the Football Forum here in the main. I look forward to discussing all things football and about our amazing top notch club, Manchester United, with everyone here in the main.

Too me a smart football fan is a United football fan! Cheers to all!!

Thanks to everyone for the welcome! I too am quite surprised as to why I did not get promoted for almost 1100 posts. I can't complain though, TBH I like it being so selective.

BTW I did like the whole "I just got a PM" bit, it would have worked but pert messaged me before LK. So I got suspicious and looked at pert's previous posts. So I embellished a bit in my return messages making myself look like a total pert, I mean goon. It turns out a few of you actually got a rise outta my return PMs! I thought they were funny myself and that thread is "a classic".

Anyways, I look forward to many more intellegent discussions with all of you in the very near future!

Not really mate. I was only there since December 07(3 months ago) which is when I joined. You've been a member since Aug 06 so you were probably there long before I was I believe. But, you have some pretty strong opinions and can be an arse at times, but I like those kind of people. Most of them generally are quite nice mates.

Yup though mate. They finally promoted me. Even when you doubted my intelligence so much.

I got through on creating a sticky thread posting final scores everyday w/ important match info for whatever European Leagues they wanted to see in the Noob area. It was quite nice if I say so myself, it took an assload of time. I got one on here as well in the Football Forum.
