Well I've just made it to the mains. I'm form Mexico city (yeah it's a fucked up country but I love it) and I've supported United since I was 4, my dad introduced me into the team and the game.
My favourite player is Eric Cantona for all he meant and all he is. And the player I like the most nowadays is Wayne Rooney.

I'm now working but I'll enter college next year.

Indeed we are, after losing to Jamaica and drawing with Canada (and having too much faith in Giovanni Dos Santos and Vela) he's now being target of all sorts of insults and critisism and the press is putting too much pressure on him as well.
The team can't link 4 good passes, they open the game wide and don't know what to do next and our defense is water. He needs to get to work.

Well done, and in only 1.200 posts too. Could you think of a longer username at all?

That's not good, hopefully thing's will look brighter in 2010. Mexico has always been an enjoyable watch. You're still the best North American team, by today, though

False. Historically yes, recently no. Mexico does have some really good young players coming through the ranks which I am excited to see play.

Well the problem here is that we brought a manager that knows like 7 of our players and didn't know what we are like. He has too much faith in Giovanni and Vela and they are not ready to be first team regulars yet. We've also got other young players which can develop to big players in Europe like Guardado and Ochoa, but right now under Sven we're failing to link 3 passes, our wingers run down the wing and then don't know what to do, our CF is always lost and alone, it needs a lot of work but the press is putting too much pressure on Sven and the players, don't understand what a process is like.

I don't believe USA better than us (maybe don't want to). It's tough because it has been long since we last beat them and we were used to in the 80s and 90s. But I think when we really achieve the level this team can we'll again leave the USA behind again.

That sort of reminds me of England under Sven's last few days!

And welcome.

I believe the US and Mexico are pretty equal in most respects. Mexico is more technical and US more physical. I am not a Mexico hater I actually cheer them on when they are not playing the US. I think both teams will be stepping it up in the next few years as more players are heading to Europe. I don't think one team will be leaving another behind anytime soon. I see a lot of wins for the home teams and an occasional tie for good measure.

Thanks. I believe it's not that clear though, maybe if they play tomorrow they would beat us (again) but let Mexico get the level that we can achieve and the US might find it hard to handle us like they do now.

Yeah we are pretty equal, and one of the problems is we don't face the USA like we would any other team, we face them with kind of a fear, and pressure of beating you as well, from both the press and fans.
Another problem is we fail to handle your physical power from the 60th to the 90th minute.
Yeah maybe we or you won't leave the other behind soon, but I believe we've still got the potential to be the strongest team in the region.

The mexican team has players that are, or have the potential to be, more skilled than most of the american players. The only players we (the US) have that I would consider truly skilled are dempsey, donovan (despite his failings in europe, he's a pretty good player), and potentially freddy adu and jozy altidore. Both teams have good keepers but bad defences. I'd say the american midfield and attack are more balanced and effective than mexico's, though mexico's attacking players are more skilled overall.
