Men are allowed to start umpteen ogling threads about female tennis players they'll never be in the same room as let alone talk to, but when we express an attraction to a musician we're actually fans of and go see perform (not just hear about from other e-losers) we're labled brainless twats.

I saw 50cent at some festival once. The sun was literally blocked out by the sheer volume of crap being chucked at him. It was incredible. still took nearly twenty minutes to get him to fuck off mind.

Also at a Metallica concert at Wembley, which I was dragged along to. Some bright spark booked "HIM" as one of the undercard bands. The people were not amused.

I think musicians do incredibly well to put up with the shit they get. If I tried to play my own music in front of thousands of people, and they started chucking crap at me, it'd be the shittest feeling ever.

Still, the bloke's a twat. My brother's mate says so, and he seemed pretty on the ball, apart from the dodgy haircut
